The most versatile roof tile: A roof tile format that remains elegant and stylish over the years.
ALICANTINA-12 is a flat roof tile format that Tejas Borja (Francisco Ramon Borja) has been manufacturing since 3 generations ago. This classic flat profile, known as French roof tile, has two curved lines as a barrel-pan effect and together with its installation in staggered formation (joints “heringborne” fashion) facilitates water drainage.
Approximate values: If the roof tiles are installed on battens, the useful length must be calculated on site. A tolerance of ± 2% is allowed on the dimensions of the roof tiles according to UNE – EN 1024.
Installation must comply with Code of practice for the design and fixing of roofs with clay roofing tiles for the region and Tejas Borja specifications.

The effect of S-interlocking TB-4® roof tile on deck is 50 units per sq.m. curved roof tiles, with the installation of just over 12 tiles. Fits small deviations both false angle section as rounded decks without cuts, thanks to its lateral interlocking area. BorjaCLASS THE VALUE OF TRADITIONCurved roof tile are the most widely-used roof tile format. Curved roof tile with smooth curvature profile of 50 cm. in length and 21 cm. wide, which forms a gutter profile roof; its design allows different overlap measures between the parts. The edges tend to be convergent, resulting a wide end and another narrow to facilitate the assembly of pans and covers with the same format. To ensure their optimal installation, C-50.21 Celler® roof tiles should be installed using the Step 50/45 as a pan and should be fixed to a support previously prepared with a double batten layout.Curved roof tiles can also be dry installed on under-tile Corrugated bitumen sheet or Fiber cement sheets. BorjaCLASS Step 50/45 roof tile with nibs on its underside, is placed in the pan position, essential for the proper drainage of water in the C-50.21 Celler® and C-45.20 curved roof tiles roofs by dry-installed on battens or continued support. It also is equipped with a hole to secure nail or screw through the batten. To ensure their optimal installation, big format of curved roof tile (C-50.21 Celler® and C-45.20) should be installed using the STEP 50/45 as a pan and should be fixed to a support previously prepared with a double batten layout.
